The next meeting of the Organizing Committee for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) has been held

The next meeting of the Organizing Committee for the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) has been held. During the meeting, Samir Nuriyev, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chair of the Organizing Committee, stated that urban development is one of the priority areas in Azerbaijan’s national development strategy. He noted that the modern approaches adopted in this field contribute to strengthening economic resilience, improving social well-being, and ensuring effective adaptation to climate change.

The members of the Organizing Committee then discussed priority issues related to the overall preparation process, as well as the work carried out in the substantive, communication and organisational-logistical areas.
