Baku, the host city of the 13th World Urban Forum, offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit every preference. 

From five-star hotels to well-appointed apartments, the capital of Azerbaijan welcomes visitors with its warm hospitality.

All reservations will be managed through a booking platform with UN event experience.

The WUF13 accommodation portal shows sufficient availability, ranging from one-star to five-star hotels, as well as resorts and serviced apartments, to suit all budgets.

Early booking is strongly recommended, as availability becomes more limited closer to the event.

The booking system guarantees fixed accommodation rates, airport pick-up and drop-off, and daily shuttle services, enabling participants to plan their budgets without unexpected costs. 

A minimum stay of six nights is required for all bookings.

Larger delegations requiring group bookings (more than nine rooms) are advised to contact the WUF13 Accommodation Team directly via email at accommodation@wuf13.az as early as possible in order to secure their preferred accommodation.
