As the host of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), Azerbaijan will be in the spotlight of the international community. WUF13 will take place at the Baku Olympic Stadium, one of the symbols of modernity and urban transformation in Baku.

Providing a world-class setting for global dialogue on sustainable urban development, the Baku Olympic Stadium is one of the largest and most advanced venues in the region. It offers the scale, flexibility, and technical capacity required to deliver the first-ever World Urban Forum in the region.

Inaugurated in 2015, the venue is purpose-built to host international gatherings and enables the seamless integration of plenary sessions, exhibitions, high-level meetings, and networking spaces within a single, secure area. Its contemporary design, strong transport connectivity, and sustainability-oriented infrastructure support high standards of accessibility, safety, and operational efficiency.
