Media Services

These services provide essential tools and support to ensure seamless coverage of WUF13. This section offers guidelines, resources and practical assistance to support media professionals at every stage of their engagement.

WUF13 Spectrum Management Portal

Accredited media representatives are required to submit a request for the temporary use of frequencies in order to facilitate the import of electronic devices into the country.

Spectrum Management Portal supports the registration of a wide range of electronic devices and other operational equipment.

For inquiries related to the above-mentioned issues, please contact spectrum@wuf13.az.

Customs Procedures for Media

All media equipment temporarily imported into Azerbaijan – including electronic devices and broadcast equipment – must be declared through the E-customs: Electronic Customs Services portal.

The declaration must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival in the country.

The entry of drones into Azerbaijan is not allowed.

Additionally, please consult the Information for Travellers section on the official website of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for detailed import and export procedures, as well as the most up-to-date regulations.

If you have any inquiries regarding the above-mentioned issues, please contact mediaservices@wuf13.az.

Filming outside the WUF13 venue

Accredited foreign media attending WUF13 may carry out filming and/or photography outside the WUF13 venue (Baku Olympic Stadium) only after obtaining the necessary clearance from the relevant authorities in Azerbaijan.

A request form can be downloaded via the link. The form must specify the intended topics and filming locations and be submitted to multimedia@wuf13.az no later than 15 April 2026.

Please note that it is the responsibility of media representatives to verify any potential entry fees associated with these locations.

For filming at private properties, media representatives are required to contact the relevant entities directly to make the necessary arrangements. To ensure a smooth filming process and avoid any potential issues, media representatives are strongly advised to verify all relevant information in advance.
