Wheelchair users

The WUF13 venue is wheelchair accessible, ensuring smooth and comfortable mobility across all areas of the Forum. All routes, entrances, and exits include ramps and lifts that meet international accessibility standards.

A dedicated registration desk for participants with disabilities will be available at the main entrance area.  

In Zone A, a wheelchair maintenance and repair station will be available, providing inspection and basic technical support. Portable power stations for electric wheelchairs will be provided upon request. Spare wheelchairs will also be available on-site for temporary use within the venue.  

Wheelchair-accessible restrooms that meet international standards are located throughout the venue. Catering areas are also accessible for wheelchair users. Accessible transportation options — including buses, taxis (Baku taxi) — will be available for travel between the airport, hotels, and the venue.
