Women as Drivers of Inclusive Cities

This online panel discussion is part of the event “Women as Drivers of Inclusive Cities,” organized by Resource HUB in cooperation with Yelo Bank. The panel brings together experts from Italy, the USA, Germany, and Azerbaijan to discuss safe and inclusive cities, climate change adaptation, and the role of financial institutions in advancing inclusive and sustainable urban development.

The discussion is closely connected to an offline event held in Baku, where a Women’s Community Market showcases eco and local products by women entrepreneurs from different regions of Azerbaijan. That in-person gathering highlights practical examples of women’s contribution to local economies and sustainable community development.

Building on the ideas and exchanges from the offline event, the online panel expands the conversation to an international level, connecting local experience with global perspectives on inclusive urban development. The initiative is organized in connection with the discussions of the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum.
